INDETERMINANT DEPTH BURN
Presentation of indeterminate depth burn wound. Patient presented with two
fingernails already off, which usually connotes a deep burn.
Patient dressed with GammaGraft the next day in the hospital.
GammaGraft on the patient one week after injury.
GammaGraft has sloughed by two weeks in areas that have healed on their own. GammaGraft remains on more deeply burned areas.
The three month result. The patient has hair regrowth and no scarring. He did not need any skin grafts and spent merely one night in the hospital. Also notice that he has a full range of motion in his hand, as he was active while the GammaGraft was in place.
