has received a Preliminary Decision by the Centers for Medicare and

 

Medicaid Services (CMS) to receive a new J code unique for GammaGraft.

 

In the interim, please use J3590, the Unclassified Biologics Code, for

 

the supply cost reimbursement.

GammaGraft is a biological graft that is covered by a wide


range of medical insurance plans, and generally has positive


insurance coverage. However, your doctor or nurse may not be


familiar with the details of GammaGraft reimbursement.
